Michael Henry SC has successfully defended an application brought against the plaintiff in proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales to permanently stay the proceedings by reason of Anshun estoppel principles: see Hannigan v Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd [2021] NSWSC 641. The proceedings are the third set of proceedings between the parties in the Supreme Court of New South Wales since August 2017 and Mr Henry SC has represented the plaintiff in the extant proceedings in all three proceedings.
