Tom accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has particular experience in commercial litigation, professional liability and insurance.
Prior to joining the Bar in 2023, Tom was a senior associate at Clyde & Co, practising in insurance and commercial litigation. Before that, he was a solicitor at a regional firm based in New England (NSW), where he gained experience in various types of litigation and in various courts and tribunals.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He has been a reporter for the New South Wales Law Reports since 2018.
