Catherine, an experienced commercial litigator, appears regularly in complex commercial matters with a focus on insolvency, regulatory, financial and fraud disputes. Drawing on significant experience in top tier law firms, as well as prosecution experience, Catherine is skilled in identifying and reconciling legal, commercial and risk issues for clients, and understanding business drivers in running and resolving litigation.
Catherine acts for a range of clients including ASX 200 and multi-national corporations, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, trustees, directors and other individuals.
