Zoë is briefed in a wide range of complex commercial matters. She has significant experience in trials (including class actions, penalty proceedings, consumer law, contractual and trusts disputes), appeals, regulatory investigations and inquiries. Zoë’s clients include banks and their executives, insurers, insolvency practitioners, trustees, a wide range of public and private companies and the directors, officers and senior members of management of corporate entities.
Zoë has been consistently recognised in industry guides as amongst the leading junior barristers at the New South Wales Bar over many years. The Legal 500 ranks Zoë as a Leading Junior of the Australian Bar (Tier 1) in commercial disputes, having recognised Zoë as a "stand out" who is "highly recommended and strong in financial services".
