Yesterday, the Federal Court of Australia granted the application of two USA human rights and media freedom organisations to intervene in proceedings brought by the Australian eSafety Commissioner against X Corp.
The ABC reports that “The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) have pulled off a rare legal manoeuvre, winning the right to participate in Federal Court proceedings they caught wind of over in the United States”.

Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) instructed by Kevin Lynch of Johnson Winter Slattery.
