The Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia has delivered judgment today in favour of three representative applicants who had brought claims against certain companies in the Johnson & Johnson group.
The case has been referred to as a landmark class action in the field of product liability claims.
Zoe Hillman acted for the representative applicants. Derek Wong acted for the Johnson & Johnson entities.
